Just returned from 7 days in the heart of Tuscany with Culture Discovery Vacations. This all-inclusive tour was an Exceptioinal Experience in every regard. We stayed in a medievil Hotel in Radda in Chianti. Each day our tours included wineries, olive oil farms, historic castles, small villages and even a cashmere goat farm. In addtion we had 4 cooking classes with real chefs who taught us local secrets. We dined handsomely and enjoyed lovely Chianti wine at every meal. The quality was off the charts (11 on a 10 scale). The hosts, Spartaco and Sophie were knowlegeable and caring people who were committed to teaching us about the country and culture. They were fun to be with and gave us 100% of themselves for 7 days. Our group was only 17 people and we had a blast. It is impossible to not have a good time. This is a must trip for anyone seeking to have a concentrated Tuscan land experience. We will be back to take other tours with this company in other locations in Italy.
