My mom & I went on the CDV Tour, "Wine & Dine Under the Tuscan & Umbrian Sun" over Labor Day, 2013 and we are still talking about it, longing for the villa, life in Soriano, cooking with Carla and the whole CDV team! It was truly one of the most memorable & amazing trips of my life & I've been to Europe so many times, I've lost count! They took care of every detail from the time they picked us up at the airport until they dropped us off again a week later. Paola welcomed us into her home as if she'd known us for years. Her sister, Carla, is the best teacher and the food we prepared under her direction, was amazing!!! Rocky will make you feel at ease from the first email you receive at booking & just takes care of everything you ask for & about. Ian & Linda are so much fun touring us around and accomodate everyone's needs. Rita & Catarina are the icing on the cake :) If you want to feel immersed in real Italian culture, take this tour. This is a down to Earth group, who makes you feel like family
